We respect intellectual property and act quickly when a valid notice arrives.
If you believe material on keithcornick.my.id infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA NOTICE". Include all of the following:
Notices that are anonymous, incomplete or unsupported by any evidence will be returned rather than acted on.
We review valid notices within three business days. If the claim is clear, we remove or disable access to the material while we investigate. We notify the person who supplied the material and give them a chance to respond.
If the claim is disputed, we may restore the material after reviewing the counter notice. We keep a record of every notice and outcome.
If you believe your material was removed in error, send a counter notice to the same address with the subject "DMCA COUNTER NOTICE". Include your name, address and telephone number, the URL and a description of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
We may restore the material ten business days after receiving a valid counter notice, unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
Accounts and contributors who repeatedly submit infringing material are removed from the publication. We do not restore material from removed contributors.
We quote short passages from other publications for reporting, criticism and comment, with attribution and a link. If you believe a quotation exceeds fair use, tell us and we will review it. We would rather correct a quotation than defend a mistake.
